This involves working closely with a client to ensure a cost effective and practical solution is reached, whether that is part of a System Design or an individual piece of equipment. The resultant design can be either a stand-alone piece of work that the client can take away or can be turned into a full solution including Mechanical and Electrical Manufacture, Installation, Commissioning and Ongoing Support.
Equipment Design covers all types of Conveyor Modules from handling loads as small as tablets to 3 tonne Stillages including Machinery such as Lifts, Shuttle Cars and Turntables, We also Design Special Purpose Equipment to suit individual requirements such as Robot Heads, High Speed Stackers, De-Stacker, Tippers etc.
We pride ourselves on the high quality of the equipment we manufacture. Our equipment is both designed and manufactured on state of the art machinery and is offered for sale at trade prices. We are able to do this through our innovative designs and a low overhead struc-ture that enables us to pass on the benefits to our many customers.
