Over the years, we have designed many pieces of Machinery to do specific tasks, some of them remain one-offs for very specific applications whilst others have gone on to become standard pieces of equipment that are subtly modified for each application—Such as Lifts with different Heights and Footprints for example.
Our Standard Designs that are modified to suit specific needs are items such as Pallet, Dolly & Tote Stackers / De-stackers, Pallets and Stillage Lifts, Box and Side Grip Elevators. plus Layer Sheet Dispensers. etc .
In particular we have a extensive range of Lift Options from Side Grip Eleva-tors for Single bottles around 20mm diameter, through Box Lifts to High Speed Pallet Lifts doing 100 pallets / hour.
With the customer specific one-off being items such as Robot Tools and Ma-chinery to handle a Customers Specific Product—Pre Packed Product or items that are not presented in a standard Box or Pallet.
Here the Robot Tools are particular speciality where we offer one-off De-signs for each specific application. We use Vacuum, Clamp and Fork Tool technology and can incorporate Pallet and Layer Sheet placement within the tool design plus crash detection features.
In addition to the Machinery we design agronomical Workstations and Bench-es for a customers specific packing and process requirements. as well as de-signing static items such as Tote Stand, Work Platforms and Walkovers.
