We Design Standard and Special versions of many different types of Pack Conveyor including Belt, Roller, Mattop, Slat and Chain to suit any application.
Over the years we have designed a significant number of Pack Conveyors which all sit in a library so we are able to extract these as a starting point for New or Special Designs thus minimising the design time.
Product is anything from Pharmaceutical Tablets to 200Kg Assemblies with Con-veyor widths from 10mm to 3000mm.
Belts are widely used and appear in anything from pharmaceutical clean rooms to Waste Applications and can be horizontal or inclined to suit the Application
Mattop Conveyors are used in similar applications but where straights, Bends and Inclines can be manufactured within a single conveyor to minimise transfers for awkward loads.
Roller Conveyors are the industry standard for moving Standard Cases and Boxes over long distances and can be made in virtually any configuration of straights, Bends and Transfers. They can use 400v or 24v technology and can be designed to carry almost any weight.
